If a student or parent is not satisfied with our services, they may request a refund under the following conditions:

Only unused classes will be eligible for a refund
If any classes have already been taken, the fee for those classes will be deducted
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse, policy violation, or excessive refund requests.
